Close to everywhere you want to be, the City of Atascadero offers access to hundreds of wineries, championship golf and the Central Coast’s only accredited zoo. The Pacific Ocean is just minutes away, as is stately Hearst Castle.
Challenged by a slow economy, few downtown attractions and fewer lodging options in the City, Mental Marketing repositioned the destination for its warm rural charm and central location to key tourism draws. The turnkey effort included shoulder-season digital and mobile campaigns targeting drive-market leisure travelers. The program generated the highest incremental revenue gains within the competitive set.
