Challenged by a severe, prolonged home building recession, the developer engaged Mental to market two of the largest master-planned communities on the Central Coast. The strategy was to drive qualified buyers to the communities through regular broadcast, print and digital advertising. These efforts sold out all phases ahead of schedule.
As the development investment group wished to pursue land acquisitions elsewhere, Mental was asked to activate Reputacity to position the developer and communities for acquisition by Shea/Trilogy. The media coverage and unsurpassed sales delivered a successful outcome.
