About the Project

Dining with Andre, a regional catering and culinary school located in Paso Robles CA, engaged Mental Marketing to conceptualized the first locally sourced  seafood restaurant.  Executive Chef, Andre Averseng, embraced the Paso Terra concept that leverages the popularity of Wine Enthusiast’s Top Wine Region of the Year in 2014 and presents one of the finest menus on the Central Coast.  The brand concept also established efficient sub-brands for a variety of gourmet packaged foods, cook books and signature gifts.
